Commonly asked questions regarding weddings and wedding receptions at Stonewall Farm:

-  What is included in a rental at Stonewall Farm?

    Tables and chairs to accommodate 150 for ceremony and reception, full use of the building for the day, noon-midnight, kitchen access for your caterer, one hour the day before your event for a run through. Ceremony site use. Choice of any color 3/4 length linens for guest tables, head table and buffet, and choice of  white or colored napkin. Table linen style can be changed for a nominal fee.

-Do you have banquet staff and supplies?

We do NOT have a caterer, china, glassware, or a commercial kitchen.  We do provide all brides and potential brides with a list of local caterers, rental companies, as well as other service providers. 

-Do you have a bar and bartender?

We do require that all bar services go through Stonewall Farm.  We have a full bar with many options and levels of service. Please click here for the brochure.pdf

-Do you have ceremony sites on your grounds?

 Yes, there are 2-3 ceremony sites from which to choose.

-How many people can be accommodated?

130 in the Community Room; 150 if you use the mezzanine for overflow seating.

150 guests can be seated on the “knoll,” a common ceremony site on our grounds.

100-120 guests can be seated in the Program Room for an indoor ceremony.

-How long can we rent the building?

12pm to 12am for the event-day only, as well as an hour on Friday for a run-through.

Saturday Weddings

     Facility Rental: the entire facility may be rented. This includes the community room and the mezzanine, the program room, large kitchen, the workshop room, arbor, carriage barn use, ceremony site, set up and take down of your tables and chairs, and use of the building from noon until midnight. Full facility rental is $4,000 (May 1-October 31st) and $3000 (November 1st - April 30th).  Hay rides and rental of our white carriage are also available for a nominal fee.

Holiday Weddings: are charged at the $4000 rate.

Sunday-Friday Weddings: Includes the entire facility, the larger kitchen, community room, mezzanine, gallery, carriage barn, all outside spaces, and use of tables, chairs and facility from noon until Midnight.  Sunday facility rental is $3,500 (May 1st - October 31st) and $2500 (November 1st - April 30th).  Hay rides and rental of our white carriage are also available for a nominal fee.
