Counselor-in-Training Program

Entering grades 9 - 10 (14 &15 year olds)
The Counselor-in-Training program is designed to train individuals interested in learning more about the important and fulfilling role of being a camp counselor! This 3-week program focuses on developing leadership skills that will benefit your young adult in a camp setting and beyond. CIT's will also learn a variety of camp activities, and gain valuable experience working with groups of younger campers. Under the guidance of our CIT Director, CIT's will experience an interview and performance review.  This will help them develop skills that will help them in their futures.  CITs are invited to participate in the Thursday night overnight with the Pioneers, Explorers and Wanderers.  Potential C.I.T.'s will need to contact us at (603)357-7278 to set up an interview, as spaces are limited.  Fees include camp t-shirt. $400/child; $360/child for members.

C.I.T.’s who complete the 3 week program may sign up for additional Experience Weeks. These weeks will be spent assisting younger camper groups, with continued guidance and reviews from our camp administrators.  Experience Weeks require an additional fee of $75/ week.
