March 20 | 12pm-4pm Keene Farmer's Market hosted at Stonewall Farm Saturday, March 27, 2010, 10AM-4PM This event is a Farm staff favorite! Teams of horses and their drivers come from all over New England to race through our forested trails collecting sap and delivering it to the sugar house. The grace and beauty of the horse teams, the sweet smell of boiling sap, the tantalizing taste of fresh syrup and the first warmth of spring make this an event you won’t want to miss! $5 Admission fee for general public, free for children 6 and under . Stonewall Farm members only $3 plus receive a free hayride! JULY 2010 July 18 | Sunday | 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Family Farm Days: National Ice Cream Day Come to Stonewall Farm to celebrate National Ice Cream day with NH-made ice cream, live radio coverage, Horse-drawn Hayrides and Dairy Tours and Small Animal tours from 11-2. July 21 | Wednesday | 6:00 - 9:00pm Pink Pint Night We will be holding a Pink Pint Night at Stonewall Farm with Clark Distrubitors. It is the perfect ladies night out, with summer beers to sample, shopping, massages, manicures, and food!The night will be a walk-around style, where you can try different foods, beers and do some shopping. Tickets are $25.00, and will be on sale this Friday at Moe on Main Street and Stonewall Farm at Chesterfield Road. You can also fill out the attached sheet to order them. Proceeds go to benefit Stonewall farm.
AUGUST 2010 August 13 | Friday | 7:00 - 9:30 pm Family Farm Days: Movie Night Enjoy a family movie the old fashioned way, under the stars and on blankets. Charlotte’s Web will be the featured film. There will be refreshments and Hayrides. Admission is $5 6yrs and over, $3 6yrs and under. August 22 | Saturday | All day Bike for Bovines Come to Stonewall Farm for a 12 mile mountain bike race, 12 mile trail run and 5k trail run on August 22. The event is a fundraiser to support the Farm’s many programs and initiatives. . The 12-mile course includes logging roads, single-track and downhill rides with approximately 2000 feet of climbing. Certificates and prizes will be awarded, with cash prizes for professional bicycle riders. In addition to three races, activities taking place at the Farm on race day include a childrens’ race, horse-drawn hayrides, self-guided family rides, a bouncy house, tours of the farm and other family activities.
