Facility Rentals Stonewall Farm is the perfect New England setting for your intimate gatherings and private events, located amidst 130 scenic acres. Our beautiful 3-story post and beam Learning Center may be rented for:

Our large function room accommodates up to 150 guests and features exposed beams, cathedral ceiling and a massive fieldstone fireplace plus ther is an attached deck and patio. Entertain your guests by adding hay rides or sleigh rides to any event. Or, rent our elegant horse-drawn Cinderella Carriage to make your wedding truly memorable! TOURS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY as the facility rental coordinator works part time. Please call ahead. -What are the fees for a facility rental at Stonewall Farm: (updated 2/11/10) Saturday Weddings For $2000 you may rent the Community Room (featured on this website,) the mezzanine (overlooking the Community Room,) the gallery ( for the buffet display) and a small prep kitchen, suitable for a caterer that has a catering truck and who is doing minimal on-site prep. Also included: arbor, Carriage Barn use, and ceremony site use, set up and take down of your tables and chairs, and use of the facility from 9AM until Midnight. For $2500- the entire facility may be rented. This includes a Program Room which may used for a foul-weather cocktail hour site or foul-weather ceremony site; large kitchen, suitable for more extensive on-site food prep; workshop room where the bridal party may store items the day of and get ready. Also included: arbor, Carriage Barn use, ceremony site use, set up and take down of your tables and chairs, and use of the building from 9AM until Midnight. Sunday Weddings For $2000 you may have the entire facility. Including the Larger Kitchen, Community Room, Mezzanine, Gallery, Carriage Barn, all outside spaces, and use of tables, chairs and facility from 9AM until Midnight. Also included in both Saturday and Sunday rentals, is one hour of facility use on Friday to do a run through for the big day.
Hay rides and rental of our white vis-à-vis carriage are also available.
- What is included in a rental at Stonewall Farm? Tables and chairs to accommodate 150 ( 5-ft round tables that accommodate 8 each, 6 ft and 8 ft rectangular's for your bar, buffet, dj, etc, black chairs) ; full use of the building for the day (9AM-Midnight); kitchen access for your caterer, one hour on Friday for run through.
We do NOT have: banquet staff ( no caterer, no bartender), linens, china, glassware, or commercial kitchen.
-Do you have ceremony sites on your grounds? Yes, there are 2-3 ceremony sites from which to choose.
--How many people can be accommodated? 130 in the Community Room; 150 if you use the mezzanine for overflow seating. 120 guests can be seated on the “knoll,” a common ceremony site on our grounds. 100-120 guests can be seated in the Program Room for an indoor ceremony.
--How long can we rent the building? -9am to 12am Your rental is available for the event-day only. We can schedule dress rehearsals for a nominal fee.
--Do you have an on-site caterer and bartender? No—but we do have a list of service personnel that we feel provide solid customer service. You may also hire someone of your choosing as long as they are appropriately certified. The paperwork is given to you when you meet with the Facility Rentals staff person.
