School Vacation Camps

Winter Vacation Camp is scheduled for February 25-29, 2008; 9 am to 3 pm

Spring Vacation Camp is scheduled for

April 21 - April 25, 2008; 9 am to 3 pm

$160/ week or $35/day for non-members

$150/week or $32/day for members

One-Day Camps are scheduled for January 21 and March 21, 2008; 9 am to 3 pm

These one-day program are schedule on days when the schools have teacher workshops or scheduled vacation days. They are for grades 1-6 and provide seasonal activities as well as camp favorites. Cost is $40 for members, $45 for nonmembers. Scholarships are available.

• Registration for Vacation Camp is in advance only.
• Registration for individual days must be done before the first day of camp.
• Full payment is due at the time of registration in order to secure a space for your child.  This can be paid by mail with a check or over the phone with a credit card.  Payment plans can be arranged on an as-needed basis.
• A confirmation packet with additional camp information, a health form, a parent/guardian informed consent form and a transportation notice will be sent to you upon registration.
• All completed forms are due back in the office as soon as possible, but before April 17th.
• We want your child to be successful here!  If your child requires an aide to assist them at school, we require you to provide an aide to assist them at camp.   Please call us to discuss your child's needs.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If your child is signed up for the entire week of camp, a refund (minus a $25 processing fee) will be given for cancellations received on or before April 17th.
• If your child is signed up for individual days of camp, a refund (minue a $5 per day processing fee) will be given if cancellation is received on or before April 17.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 17th.
